- All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos or documentation.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.
- For damaged or defective products, Flipmart will provide a replacement.
- For returns due to a change of mind or incorrect purchase, Flipmart will offer a store credit or exchange, but the customer is responsible for any shipping and handling fees.
- Flipmart reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
- Please note that custom and special order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
